TEACHING ASSISTANTS

Are you looking for a new exciting challenge? Are you passionate about supporting children to learn and develop in all areas, working as part of a team of support staff?

 

Whitfield Aspen School are seeking enthusiastic and creative people to work as Teaching Assistant positions within our inclusive school. There will be opportunities to support children in our Reception, Year 4 and Specialist Provision classes from September 2017.

 

Salary: Kent Range 3 pro-rata (equivalent to £15,253 - £16,967 for full time)

£7.90 - £8.79 per hour

 

Contracts range from 15 to 31.5 hours support per week - term time only.

 

 

Applicants must possess GSCE qualifications A*- C grades in English and Mathematics / NVQ2 or 3 qualifications.

Experience of working in school with children essential.

Skills tests in English and Mathematics will be carried out during the interview process together with classroom practical activities.
