Advert

We are looking to appoint a SENCO to work for one day per week in a non-class based role to lead provision for children with additional learning needs across the school. The successful candidate will be experienced in special needs leadership at primary level and will be committed to working with staff, parents and external agencies to provide the best learning opportunities for pupils with SEND. Our SENCO will lead the Inclusion Team and will advise teaching assistants in the delivery of intervention programmes. They will work closely with the SLT and report to the Governing Body on a regular basis.

The post is initially for one year and could be combined with a role in another school.

Applicants must be qualified teachers with the SENCO accreditation.

We can offer the opportunity to work with an enthusiastic, dedicated team within a supportive school community. Visits to the school are warmly encouraged.
