We require a part-time School Receptionist from September 2017, to work a split shift for a total of 25 hours per week, term time only. The hours of work will be 8.30am to 12 midday, then 2.00pm to 3.30pm Monday to Friday.

We seek to appoint a warm, friendly and caring personality:

  • To provide a welcoming reception service
  • To act on their own initiative in leading the administrative and front office service to deal with any queries or problems that may arise, efficiently and effectively.
  • To provide an efficient administrative service which supports school staff.
  • To review and update school publications and the school website to ensure that the information that is produced is up to date and enhances the image of the school.

We are looking for a person with:

  • A love of working in an environment that is centred on children
  • Self motivation and enthusiasm
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality

The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children and the post is subject to a satisfactory DBS check.

Monday 12 June, 1.30pm.

Tuesday 13 June, 9.30am.
