This post holder will have responsibility for the teachers, TAs, classes and children in EYFS (we have a Nursery and a Reception class). This role will also have a strategic element in developing collaborative links with schools in the Samphire Hub and in securing and developing local community relationships. The successful candidate will also be responsible for transition from EYFS into KS1 and you will line manage and carry out Performance Appraisal of staff in your team.
