 Job Description

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated teacher who is looking to develop their leadership and management skills and become part of a dedicated team that is committed to providing the very best opportunities for all our children. This role is to start from September 2017.

The successful candidate will be expected to teach a KS2 class but will receive additional management release time to fulfill the role effectively.

 You will be;

  • A committed KS2 classroom practitioner with a proven track record of outstanding / good teaching and who will be able to inspire and lead other staff
  • Have an excellent understanding of the KS2 National Curriculum requirements
  • Can confidently use data and assessment materials to improve student outcomes and to effectively raise standards and improve pupil achievement
  • An excellent communicator at all levels who can develop the potential of all young people and staff within the school
  • To be able to confidently coach and mentor staff within the school
