The New Line Learning Academy occupies a brand new, state of the art building which utilises ICT and personalised learning in the flexible plaza learning environments. We are seeking a Science, Second in Department. The role will include line management responsibilities for the some members of the Science department and in conjunction with the Assistant Principal for Science you will share responsibility for department policies, decision - making and strategic planning. You will actively co-ordinate and promote science in conjunction with the STEM team and will also be responsible for whole school student mentoring.

 

We are seeking an exceptional classroom practitioner with the ability to lead and manage effectively.  You will be able to demonstrate your previous curriculum success and your enthusiasm to succeed in the role. You will have excellent knowledge of current initiatives related to the improvement of teaching and learning. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to develop and lead quality data management and tracking.
