The successful candidate will be responsible to the Associate Principal for the smooth and effective day to day running of the faculty as well as the efficiency and effectiveness of the subject teams within the faculty, ensuring that they work in unison to achieve, if not surpass the Academy's annual targets.

The TLR for this role is 1a - £7,546 per annum.

We are a large secondary academy and sixth form based across two specialist campuses on the Isle of Sheppey in Kent.
