An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Personal Assistant to provide first class administrative support to the Head teacher and Senior Leadership Team at Ashford Oaks Primary School.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who is as unique as our school to share our commitment to ‘love the children as your own’.

This is an exciting and varied role with no two days the same. You will have a proven track record of excellence in supporting senior leaders, excellent minute taking and organisational skills, a high level of competency in using Microsoft Office and the ability to work under pressure.

You must be able to prioritise a demanding workload and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are imperative, along with the ability to work effectively as part of a team coordinating multiple tasks for a variety of stakeholders.

This post is offered as Kent Range 6 (£19,223 - £21,085 pro rata), 40 weeks per year: term time plus 2 weeks including inset days. 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Ashford Oaks has extensive facilities and a Special Resource Provision. We also have a Nursery which is an integral part of the school and is the foundation to our children's learning.
