Teaching Assistant: Making a Difference Every Day

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children across a year group while also providing 1:1 support where needed. The role offers variety and flexibility, working alongside experienced teachers in a supportive and welcoming environment. Do you have experience working with primary-aged children, or a genuine interest in helping pupils achieve their full potential? If so, we would love to hear from you.

At our school, we are committed to providing a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child can thrive. We believe that strong relationships, high expectations and engaging learning experiences are key to helping children succeed. We are looking for someone who is caring, patient and enthusiastic, and who can support children's learning through a range of classroom activities, small group work and individual support. The successful candidate will be a positive role model who promotes good behaviour, encourages confidence and resilience, and helps pupils develop both academically and socially. Flexibility is important, as the role will involve supporting children across a year group and adapting to meet the changing needs of pupils and the school.

Hours of work: 5 mornings- Monday to Friday  8:30am to 12:30pm.

In return, we offer a friendly and supportive team, the opportunity to work with experienced and dedicated staff, and a rewarding role helping children achieve their best. We are committed to professional development and provide opportunities for staff to grow and develop their skills.

If you are passionate about supporting children's education and want to make a difference, do apply and we look forward to hearing from you.

Please note: we reserve the right to close this vacancy early and amend interview dates should we receive a high volume of applications.
