Oakfield Primary Academy is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Associate Teacher to join our talented and supportive team!

The role is for 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am-3.30pm, 38 weeks per year, term time only. The full-time salary is paid at Kent Scheme A, £26,168 (September 2026 pay), pro-rata to an actual salary of £19,610.33

We are looking for someone who is: 

1. able to contribute to, and work as part of a team 
2. ideally has experience working with children with learning difficulties or delivering interventions
3. passionate about enabling every child to fulfil their potential 
4. hold a TA qualification with GCSEs in English & Maths A-C or equivalent
5. committed to high expectations of children's learning and behaviour 
6. excellent communication and personal skills and a flexible attitude.
