Receptionist – Part Time, Permanent - 2.5/ 3 days per week, 19/22.5hrs (Wed-Fri)

                                             Working Hours: 8:15am – 4:15pm

 

Salary: Kent Scheme B (£26,822FTE) /£12,059.74/£14,281.27 pro rata

 

We have an exciting opportunity for a role of Receptionist to join our organisation.  We are looking for a highly organised, efficient and reliable receptionist to be responsible for the organisation and development of front of house processes within the school to benefit student learning and staff efficiency. As an essential member of the team, you will keep abreast of developments in your key areas and think creatively and constructively to ensure students, staff and visitors receive the highest standards of customer service.

 

You must possess excellent ICT and interpersonal skills.  Previous office experience and a knowledge of Arbor would be an advantage. If not, training will be given.
