In this role, you will work closely with teaching staff to provide tailored support both in and out of the classroom. You will help students engage with learning, build confidence, develop independence, and achieve their individual goals. Above all, we are looking for individuals who demonstrate patience, resilience, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to supporting students with additional needs.

Staff benefit from a comprehensive package of professional development and wellbeing support, including:

  • Ongoing training and career development opportunities
  • Access to a range of wellbeing initiatives and support services
