KITE College is a growing Independent Specialist Post‑16 College supporting young people with learning difficulties and a range of neurodiverse and SEMH needs. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated IT HLTA to join our friendly and supportive team.

You will work closely with our experienced and dedicated IT team to support the delivery of IT lessons and help all learners develop the digital skills they need for independence, employment and everyday life. In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of IT and digital‑skills sessions, assisting with the planning, adaptation and resourcing of engaging learning activities. You will also promote the safe, confident and inclusive use of technology, ensuring learners feel supported and empowered as they build their digital competence.

We are looking for someone with strong IT skills, confidence using a range of digital tools, and a passion for supporting young people with SEND to progress. Clear communication, strong organisational skills and a collaborative, learner‑centred approach are essential.

It would also be desirable for the successful candidate to have the skills to support the management of the college website and social media platforms. This may include updating content, ensuring information is accurate and accessible.
