Wrotham Road Primary School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to join our talented and supportive team!

This role is for 32.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8.30am-3.30, 38 weeks per year, term time only. The full time salary will be paid at Kent Scheme A, £26,168 (September 2026 pay), pro-rata to an actual salary of £19,610.33

We are looking for someone who is: 

  • able to contribute to, and work as part of our school wide team.
  • ideally has experience working with children with learning difficulties or delivering interventions
  • passionate about enabling every child to fulfil their potential 
  • hold a TA qualification with GCSEs in English & Maths A-C or equivalent
  • committed to high expectations of children's learning and behaviour 
  • excellent communication and personal skills and a flexible attitude.
