Advert

An opportunity has arisen to join our support staff team here at Littlebourne CEP School. The role is part-time, working three days per week (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday), 19.5 hours per week.

The successful candidate will be driven to support us in our mission to ensure that every child succeeds, no matter their starting point. Our teaching assistants play a vital role in this.

Working as part of a small school can often be challenging. The needs of our children rest on a small group of adults, therefore it is essential that those who work here are committed to doing all they can to ensure our children thrive. In return for your commitment to our school, we can offer you a supportive staff team, a senior leadership team who will support you to becoming the very best you can be as well as kind and respectful children.

This role will be based predominately in KS2 - however experience of working with the full primary school age-range would be beneficial.
