We are a large primary school with 630 pupils and over 100 staff. The school is warm, friendly and welcoming and the staff team works closely together to support all of our pupils.

We currently have a new opportunity for a committed and enthusiastic full-time Teaching Partner.

Term time only (38 weeks per year), approximately 31 hours 40 minutes per week to include half an hour lunch duty each day. Exact hours to be confirmed on appointment.

Salary: KSA

Applicants should ideally have direct and recent experience of working with primary or Early Years aged children. The post involves supporting children in the classroom, working with small groups and providing some one to one support.  Our Teaching Partners work closely with the class teacher to support the learning of all children in the class and the role is varied, interesting and offers the opportunity to undertake additional training.   All staff have a wealth of CPD opportunities available to them, please see the attached document regarding our CPD pathway.

The successful candidates will assist in the educational and social development of pupils under the direction and guidance of the Headteacher, SENDCo and Class Teachers. Teaching Partner posts include supervision of children for part of the lunch break.
