This poistion is to work across three of the small rural primary schools in the Aspire Federation - Leeds and Broomfield CE Primary, Platts Heath Primary and Ulcombe CE Primary. The person appointed will ensure the school sites is safe and well maintained, carrying out weekly checks, and perimeter walks, idenifying issues that can be tackled in house and those that need to be referred to KCC. The caretaker will undertake a rolling programme of redecoration and minor repairs, in addition to ensuring all health and safety checks are complete. There will be the opportunity for training and development within the role.

The caretaker will liaise with the cleaners and ensure supplies are ordered and work is to a good standard. The caretaker will report to the head of school at each of the school. 

This position is for 21 hours a week - 7 hours at each day - this can be one day at each school - or worked across the week 

There are also some hours to complete in the school holidays but these can blocked. We are looking for a enthuastic individual who takes care and pride in their work. We are a group  friendly caring school who would like to welcome you to our team !
