Salary:                                PG03 (FTE Range is £29,500 to £31,000) + SEN allowance  

Hours:                                39 weeks per year

Our specialist environment allows staff to build strong relationships with learners and provide personalised support that truly makes a difference. You will have the opportunity to work closely with young people as they develop confidence, employability skills, and aspirations for their future.

You will join a collaborative careers team, working alongside our Strategic Careers Lead and curriculum-based Careers Ambassadors to deliver high-quality careers guidance, employer engagement and meaningful workplace experiences.

As part of the role, you will support learners through 1:1 guidance, employability activities and work experience coordination, helping them progress into education, employment and training pathways that are right for them.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is passionate about supporting young people to achieve positive outcomes 
  • Builds positive relationships with learners, families, staff and employers 
  • Has excellent communication and organisational skills 
  • Is committed to inclusive and aspirational careers guidance 
  • Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a wider team
