We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dedicated and talented teacher to join our vibrant primary school community. This is a full-time, permanent position and is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to nurturing children’s curiosity, confidence and love of learning. • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and share effective teaching practices

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification
• Degree-level qualification
• Demonstrates strong classroom management and excellent teaching practice
• Committed to achieving the very best outcomes for all children

• Brings creativity, initiative and enthusiasm to inspire and motivate pupils
• Builds positive relationships with children, parents/carers and colleagues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Our school is proud to host two integrated specialist provisions supporting a small number of children with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Visual Impairment. These pupils are taught within mainstream classes with appropriate specialist support, reflecting our strong commitment to inclusive education.

Following a good Ofsted inspection in 2019, a further inspection in June 2025 confirmed that Riverside Primary School has taken effective action to maintain its standards. Rainham Mark Education Trust is a family of three Academies in Medway, compromising of Rainham Mark Grammar School - Ofsted ‘Good’ May 2022, Riverside Primary School and Nursery - Ofsted ‘Good’ June 2025 and Twydall Primary School and Nursery - Ofsted ‘Good’ May 2023.
