  • Manage examination entries, amendments, withdrawals, and results processes using the school’s Management Information System and awarding body portals.
  • Produce and distribute examination timetables, seating plans, candidate information, and examination documentation.
  • Recruit, train, deploy, and support invigilators to ensure examinations are conducted effectively and in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate examination records and ensure the secure handling and storage of confidential examination materials.
  • Liaise effectively with senior leaders, teaching staff, SEND teams, students, parents/carers, and awarding organisations regarding examination arrangements and access arrangements.
  • Support students and staff during results days, including post-results services such as reviews of marking and access to scripts.
  • Keep up to date with changes to examination regulations, procedures, and best practice to ensure ongoing compliance and continuous improvement.

Skills and Experience

  • Good IT skills, including experience of Microsoft Office applications and school information systems.
  • The ability to prioritise workload effectively and work independently using initiative.
  • A flexible and solution-focused approach to work.
