 About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping a nurturing and inspiring environment for our youngest learners. Working with children aged 2–5 years, you’ll help ensure our brand new nursery is a safe, stimulating, and caring space where every child can thrive.

  • Hours: 32.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
  • Contract: Term time only (38 weeks per year)
  • Salary: £26959 (full-time equivalent) | £20109 actual salary

 What You’ll Be Doing

As Deputy Nursery Supervisor, you will:

  • Support the delivery of high-quality early years provision
  • Help maintain outstanding standards across the nursery
  • Create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment
  • Work closely with colleagues to support children’s development and wellbeing
  • Contribute to the wider life of our friendly and inclusive school community

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Qualified to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Early Years
  • Experienced, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Energetic, positive, and a true team player
  • A confident communicator with a great sense of humour
  • Passionate about making a difference in children’s early development

These two founding schools are both Ofsted rated good schools. The outcomes at Minster Primary are outstanding. Sunny Bank Primary School in Sittingbourne joined TILT in February 2020 under a sponsorship arrangement and significant all round improvement has been made with the support of the MAT.
