Advert

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the support staff team here at Littlebourne CEP School.

The context of our school is changing rapidly. There has been a sharp increase in the number of children with special education needs - and ensuring that these children make the strongest possible progress is at the top of our priority list.

We are looking to recruit a dedicated teaching assistant to lead on interventions across the school, with a particular focus on supporting children with speech and language difficulties. The successful candidate will have an unwavering commitment to our children, doing all they can to ensure they acheive the strongest outcomes.

The successful candidate should have experience of working with children from EYFS to Year 6 and be comfortable in adapting their practice to suit all ages.

In return, we can offer you:

  • A school full of friendly, hard working children.
  • A small, committed staff team
  • A well-resourced school with capacity to grow provision further
  • A supportive senior leadership team who are passionate about the outcomes of every child

This role is for an immediate start, however we are willing to wait for the right candidate. We reserve the right to interview as applications are received - and will close the advert once a suitable candidate has been found.
