Are you a confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people, building relationships and helping connect candidates with the right opportunities?

We are recruiting to a new role in our team. Our Talent Pool and Recruitment Support Assistant will help identify, engage and nurture prospective candidates across opportunities within our Trust.

You will be joining a recruitment team whose work has been nationally recognised, with the Trust winning the School Recruitment Award at the Education Business Awards 2026.
