We are in the very unusual position of needing maternity cover for our maternity cover teacher! We are very excited for her, and are now looking to appoint a new teacher for our wonderful new Reception Class, to give them the very best possible start before their substantive teacher returns in Term 4.

This position is anticipated to be from September 2026 to February 2027, and is a full time role. We anticipate a class of 30 happy, excited and enthusiastic learners and a fantastic fulltime Teaching Assistant. Leybourne is a very friendly, caring school where everyone is valued and respected. This role would suit an experienced teacher or an ECT - we are keen to appoint the "best fit" for our team. Our staff are incredibly committed and hard-working, but also very supportive and encouraging of one another.
