Tiger Primary School is looking to appoint a committed, enthusiastic and reflective Primary Teacher to join our school from September 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a genuine difference in a school where relationships, ambition and belonging matter. At Tiger, we believe that children thrive when they feel safe, known, valued and inspired. We are proud of our warm and inclusive culture, our high expectations and our commitment to ensuring that every child is supported to succeed academically, socially and emotionally.

We are a friendly and popular primary school with a strong sense of community. Our staff work hard, support each other and are united by a shared belief that our children deserve the very best. Wellbeing, professional development and teamwork are important to us, and we are looking for someone who wants to be part of that journey - to secure the best outcomes for children.

Why join Tiger Primary?

We can offer you:

  • A welcoming, supportive and ambitious staff team.
  • A school community where relationships with pupils and families are strong.
  • Our bespoke behaviour curriculum allows teachers to teach.
  • New facilities including a newly planned staffroom, sports halls, and intervention spaces.
  • A nurturing environment for ECTs and teachers developing their practice.
  • Supportive leadership with a clear focus on professional growth.
  • Children who are enthusiastic, curious and keen to learn.
  • A school committed to inclusion, high standards and the wider development of every child.
  • Collaborative planning to support the workload.
  • Trust benefits including a supportive assistance package, PPA from home and Cycle to Work schemes.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has high expectations of themselves and of every pupil.
  • Builds positive, warm and purposeful relationships with children.
  • Creates a classroom where children feel safe, motivated and ready to learn.
  • Is organised, reflective and keen to keep improving.
  • Works well as part of a team.
  • Communicates well with children, parents, carers and colleagues.
  • Brings energy, kindness and determination to the role.
  • Wants to make learning memorable, meaningful and enjoyable.
