The Role 

As Cover Supervisor, you will: 

• Contribute positively to the ethos, values and aims of the school  

• Work collaboratively and professionally with colleagues across the school  

• Model high standards of personal integrity, conduct and professionalism in line with the Employee Code of Conduct  

• Comply fully with all school policies, including safeguarding, child protection, health and safety, confidentiality and data protection, reporting concerns appropriately 

• Undertake appropriate training to develop skills and effectiveness in the role  

• Carry out any additional duties reasonably requested by the Headteacher, School Business Manager, Deputy Head or Assistant Heads
