St Clements CEP School, Leysdown is looking for a committed Teaching Assistant to join our team and help shape brighter futures. Term- time, 31.25hrs per week.

The Role: 

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will:

  • Deliver targeted support to pupils, including those with SEND, ensuring no child is left behind.
  • Work closely with teachers, the SENCO, and external professionals to personalise learning and unlock potential.
  • Build pupils’ confidence, independence, and resilience — inside and outside the classroom.
  • Help create a learning environment that is safe, inclusive, ambitious, and respectful.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and families to support both academic progress and well-being.
  • Play an active role in school life and contribute to whole-school priorities.
