Leigh Academies Trust has an exciting opportunity to appoint an Admissions Officer to support Leigh Academy Ebbsfleet. This pivotal role will be central to the smooth and efficient operation of the admissions process across both academies, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for prospective students and their families.

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic team player, committed to providing excellent service on behalf of the Trust to the academy and above all else have a positive work ethic and can-do attitude.

You will become a valued member of a dynamic team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for all admissions-related inquiries. A personable and professional demeanor is crucial in this customer-facing position, which necessitates close collaboration with various stakeholders, including Senior Leadership Teams, colleagues, the Local Authority, and parents. Furthermore, the academy is committed to fostering professional development opportunities and encourages ongoing collaboration among team members throughout the academic year.

This is a permanent, part-time role for 18.5 hours per week. While the academy offers flexibility regarding the specific schedule, the ideal candidate would work 2.5 days per week, with a preference for Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
