Main purpose:

To provide a full range of finance, personnel and administrative support to the school.

The role of the Office Manager is at the very heart of our school, overseeing an array of responsibilities, holding values of our school in the forefront of decision making. Hours are negotiable dependent on the experience of the candidate.

 

The ideal candidate will be:

  • experienced with school management systems such as SIMS and Arbor
  • knowledgeable of finance management such as Budget Planning Software (BPS)
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Calm, composed and able to work confidently under pressure
  • Proactive and solution-focused
  • A leader who will both support and challenge
  • A good communicator
  • Emotionally literate and patient.

Information about the school

Canterbury Road Primary School is a one form entry primary school close to Sittingbourne town centre and within easy reach of the M2, M20 and the train station.

We have interested, curious children who love to learn and enjoy coming to school. Our children make excellent progress from their start points and progress & attainment are above national levels at KS2 as they move into their secondary education. We have highly skilled staff who are committed to the development of the whole child and a have an unwavering focus on all pupils achieving their best.

We are very well resourced and have committed staff dedicated to our children and their families.
