  • Is passionate about Geography and a consistently good or outstanding subject teacher with experience of line management and/or leading on departmental projects or priorities;
  • Is enthusiastic and able to demonstrate innovative and creative teaching practices, and the sharing of these with colleagues
  • Can work collaboratively as well as use personal initiative
  • Be eager to inspire and motivate students to exceed expectations
  • Has high aspirations for all students is passionate about learning and can contribute new and creative ideas to subject areas;
  • Has a proven track record of achievement
