  • Looking for a Superhero!!!

We need someone extra special to join our setting as Deputy Manager and possible SENco. You need to be able to go above and beyond for the setting, be very flexible and have the skills to support the Manager and setting in all areas.

This is no ordinary deputy manager role, you will be 2nd in charge of a Preschool, Afterschool club, and a community hall. Your skills will need to range from changing nappies to fixing cupboard doors, to supporting a team in the running of the room. Previously, we have run a holiday club too which could be up for further discussion!

The hours are between 8.30-6pm term time contract. You will be able to work at least 33 hrs a week 39 weeks of the year for the Preschool term, you will get 6 weeks paid holiday.

A level 3 qualification in childcare, experience of working in a nursery setting and supporting a team is essential. Admin and Managerial experience is a plus as this position includes a lot of office time.
