The Discovery School are looking for a confident and effective Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will already have excellent attention to detail, be adaptable and proactive and have great IT skills. You will be able to act on your own initiative and manage your own workload as well as be an important part of our experienced and friendly office team. Experience of working in a school office will be advantageous.

The successful candidate will support the Office Manager and Head Teacher in the administration of the school, including greeting visitors and taking messages, providing first aid, updating records and other administrative duties. Please review the attached job description for more information.

This role is for 26 hours per week on a 39 weeks per year contract (term time only including attendance on staff development days).
