Job Advert: Receptionist

Location: Wrotham School

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: KSB- Actual Salary £21,356

Hours: 37 per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm (3.30pm Friday)

Start Date: As soon as possible

Wrotham School is seeking a welcoming, professional, and highly organised individual to join our team as a full-time Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our school, you will play a key role in creating a positive impression for students, parents, visitors, and staff.

Main Responsibilities:

-Provide a friendly, professional, and efficient front-of-house service.
-Greet and assist visitors, ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed.
-Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries promptly and effectively.
-Support administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
-Assist staff and leadership with day-to-day office operations.

We are looking for someone who:

-Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Is approachable, confident, and able to manage busy situations calmly.
-Is highly organised with strong attention to detail.
-Is proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems.
-Demonstrates professionalism and discretion at all times
