Rainham School for Girls are looking to appoint an inspirational, highly skilled Head of Year (Director of Studies) and Teacher to lead a team of form tutors within a year group in maximizing individual student academic progress and personal development. 

The preferred candidate will: 

-have experience of monitoring, tracking and supporting students 

-have the desire to promote high standards and effective teaching and learning 

-have the competence to lead, manage, develop and inspire people individually and as a team 

-have a commitment to the welfare and achievement of the students in their year group
