About the Role;

Wrotham School are seeking to appoint an exceptional Assistant Headteacher with responsibility for Achievement & Inclusion from September 2026. The Assistant Headteacher will provide strategic leadership for whole-school achievement and inclusion, ensuring that all students, particularly vulnerable groups, make strong progress and achieve highly.

The successful candidate will sit on the Senior Leadership Team and will lead on tracking, monitoring and providing detailed analysis of attainment and progress for KS3 and KS4

The successful candidate will be passionate about education, have proven leadership experience in a secondary setting and will have a strong understanding of data, assessment and school performance measures, including Progress 8. The candidate will also be able to demonstrate a proven track record of success in this area.
