About the Role;

Wrotham School are seeking to appoint an exceptional Assistant Headteacher with responsibility for 6th Form & Inclusion from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, forward-thinking leader to play a pivotal role in quality of education, student outcomes, culture and standards across 6th Form.

The successful candidate will sit on the Senior Leadership Team and will be central to shaping and delivering our vision for 6th form, ensuring a high-performing, inclusive environment where students thrive academically and personally. 

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to education, with proven leadership experience in a post-16 setting and a comprehensive understanding of Key Stage 5 curriculum, assessment, and outcomes. They will have a track record of delivering strong post-16 results, alongside a deep understanding of post-16 pathways and current curriculum developments, including A Levels, T Levels, vocational (V-Level) qualifications, and recent reforms in post-16 education.
