About the Role;

Wrotham School are seeking to appoint an exceptional Assistant Headteacher with responsibility for 6^th Form & Inclusion from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, forward-thinking leader to play a pivotal role in quality of education, student outcomes, culture and standards across 6^th Form.

The successful candidate will sit on the Senior Leadership Team and will be central to shaping and delivering our vision for 6th form, ensuring a high-performing, inclusive environment where students thrive academically and personally. 

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to education, with proven leadership experience in a post-16 setting and a comprehensive understanding of Key Stage 5 curriculum, assessment, and outcomes. They will have a track record of delivering strong post-16 results, alongside a deep understanding of post-16 pathways and current curriculum developments, including A Levels, T Levels, vocational (V-Level) qualifications, and recent reforms in post-16 education.
