We are seeking a flexible, proactive, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly team. This varied and rewarding role involves supporting high-quality teaching and learning across the school and offers the opportunity to make a real impact. You will play a pivotal role in the academic and personal growth of KS2 children, supporting them to achieve their very best within our vibrant, IB-aligned learning environment.

Working in the heart of the Horsmonden community, you will help foster an inclusive atmosphere where every child is encouraged to be an inquisitive, lifelong learner. Our recent Ofsted report from October 2023 confirms pupils thrive at Leigh Academy Horsmonden and a clear set of learning attributes help pupils recognise what they need to do to be successful. The highly prized ‘Horsmonden Heroes’ awards motivate pupils and identify when these behaviours are demonstrated.
