About the Role

Repton Mnaor Priamry School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our supportive and forward-thinking team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for Teaching Assistants who are committed to making a real difference in children’s lives. Working under the guidance of the class teacher and SENDCo, you will support teaching and learning across the classroom, working with individuals and small groups, and potentially providing 1:1 support for a child.

About You

We are looking for Teaching Assistants who:

  • Are experienced, with a proven track record of improving outcomes.
  • Demonstrates strong emotional intelligence and the ability to inspire, motivate and empower others.
  • Have a deep understanding of inclusive and nurturing practices and is able to apply this to their everyday practice when supporting teaching and learning with children 
  • Have a Teaching Assistant qulaification of level i.e. a degree.
  • Have good Mathematical and English skills with the approrpiate qualifications

Repton Manor Primary School is a mixed-gender foundation primary school for children aged 4 to 11, located at Repton Avenue, Ashford, Kent, TN23 3RX.
