We are seeking an inspiring Teacher for Complex ASC to join our passionate, skilled, and forward‑thinking team. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional teaching and learning for children and young people with profound, severe, and complex learning needs in our vibrant special school community.

This role is ideal for someone with QTS or working within the ECT Framework, who brings outstanding classroom practice and a commitment to ongoing professional growth. You’ll deliver a rich, challenging, and fully differentiated curriculum that meets a wide range of needs, and you’ll be eager to develop further through specialist training and qualifications.

We’re looking for someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who thrives in a collaborative environment. You’ll have experience working closely with parents and carers, teaching and support staff, senior leaders, and a range of external professionals. You’ll be confident working both as part of a team and independently, always keeping the needs of learners at the heart of your practice.
