The Role:
We are seeking a motivated Teaching Assistant who will:

  • Provide targeted support to pupils, including those with SEND, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their potential.
  • Work closely with teachers, the SENCO, and other professionals to understand and meet individual pupil needs.
  • Support the development of pupils’ independence, resilience, and positive attitudes to learning.
  • Assist in creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment rooted in mutual respect.
  • Communicate effectively with pupils, staff, and parents to support pupil progress and well-being.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school and support whole-school initiatives.

You will:

  • Be patient, nurturing, and adaptable, able to respond to the diverse needs of pupils.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and families.
  • Be committed to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
