We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated colleague to join the Greenfields' team as a Teaching Assistant with preferably a Level 3 qualification in childcare or equivalent. This is a permanent position starting as soon as possible for 32.5 hours a week, term time only.  This role will be initially be in KS1/KS2.

Teaching Assistants at Greenfields receive personalised training to help support their development.  Many of our teaching team and leadership team started in school as part of the support team.  We have also developed our own SEN assistants, HLTA and Lead TA.  We would love the chance to discuss potential professionaL development as part of the interview progess.  Please see our attached document for TA development routes for more details.

Please note, this role will have flexible interview dates and candiates will be invited to interview through out the procress if they meet the criteria for the role.
