As Deputy Headteacher, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the Academy. Working in close partnership with the Headteacher, you will help drive continual improvement and ensure the delivery of a high-quality, engaging and enriching education for all pupils.

Reporting directly to the Headteacher, the successful candidate will be accountable for demonstrating measurable impact on pupil outcomes, the quality of teaching and the delivery of whole‑school priorities, using a clear range of evidence to show sustained and continuous improvement.

Information about the school

New Horizons Children's Academy is a Good School (Ofsted May 2022) with a three-form entry that teaches over 600 children from the local community. Our aim is to provide an education that meets the needs of all our children and we expect high standards of behaviour and a positive attitude to learning.
