We are delighted to announce a new opening for the role of Assistant Principal, with responsibility for Personal Development, Equality & Diversity, and our One-to-One Device Strategy, in our state-of-the-art academy.

Reporting directly to the Principal, the successful candidate will provide strategic leadership across Personal Development and Equality & Diversity, while driving the continued development and impact of our One-to-One digital strategy. This includes oversight of device deployment, acceptable use, digital safeguarding, staff training, and monitoring of the programme’s impact on teaching, learning, and student outcomes.

As Assistant Principal you will work to develop an inclusive, tolerant and positive culture in the Academy that underpins excellent standards throughout, leading to the best possible outcomes for all students.
