We are looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor to supervise classes for short term teacher absences, medical appointments, training courses and in-house meetings. A patient, tolerant, sympathetic, yet firm manner is essential.  Good literacy, numeracy and organisational skills are important. The successful candidate must also be in sympathy with the Catholic ethos and Mission of the school.  The full job description and the application form are both available from our website.

Information about the school

Located on the southern fringes of the historic city of Canterbury, St Anselm's is a happy and successful wide ability school, catering for those who wish to receive a Catholic education. The school has a large catchment area extending from Ashford to Herne Bay and from Wingham to Faversham. It is regularly over-subscribed. The Sixth Form, numbering 150 students, offers a wide range of Advanced level and vocational courses. In September 2004 the school became a specialist school for Science, though retaining its Catholic ethos.
