EKC Sheppey Secondary is looking for a vibrant and motivated leader willing to manage a strong team of dynamic and committed staff.

• Thrives in a collaborative environment while possessing strong independent leadership qualities
• Data-driven and committed to continuous improvement

EKC Sheppey Secondary opened in September 2024 to students from Years 7-10, with Year 11 forming as our students move through to KS4.
