Culverstone Green Primary School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Family Liaison and Attendance Officer.

Applications for this role will be considered for both full time or part time hours, with the minimum of 22.5 hours per week for part time.

The post will be for 22.5 -35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time only.  The annual salary is based on £25,252 FTE, pro-rata to £13,042.48 based on 22.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year or £20,288.30 based on 35 hours per week, 38 weeks per year. 

The successful candidate will be expected to work directly with pupils and families to improve attendance, engagement, wellbeing and learning outcomes through early intervention, relationship-building, and coordinated support.
