Repton Manor Primary School, part of the Lightyear Federation, is seeking a passionate and committed Class Teacher to join our friendly and supportive team.

We are looking for a teacher who is enthusiastic about delivering high-quality teaching and learning, has high expectations for all pupils, and is committed to creating a safe, inclusive and inspiring classroom environment.

The successful candidate will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the National Curriculum.

  • Meet the needs of all learners, including pupils with SEND, EAL and those requiring additional challenge

  • Use assessment effectively to inform planning and support pupil progress

  • Create a positive, well-managed and inclusive classroom environment

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and external professionals

  • Contribute to the wider life of the school and federation

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Is an effective classroom practitioner with strong behaviour management skills

  • Has high expectations and a commitment to raising standards

  • Is reflective, motivated and keen to develop professionally

Repton Manor Primary School is a mixed-gender foundation primary school for children aged 4 to 11, located at Repton Avenue, Ashford, Kent, TN23 3RX.

Since opening in 2012, the school has grown into a vibrant learning community with a strong “family ethos” where the individual child is recognised, valued and supported to achieve.
