As Headteacher, you will:

• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the school in partnership with the Governing Body and The Cedar Federation.
• Ensure the delivery of a high-quality, personalised curriculum that meets the needs of all pupils.
• Promote a positive, inclusive school culture where pupils thrive academically and personally.
• Lead and develop a strong, motivated team committed to excellence and innovation.
• Oversee safeguarding, organisational management, and effective use of resources to ensure efficiency and value for money.

King's Farm Primary School is a larger than average primary school. We are a two-form entry school with our own Nursery, an inclusive ethos and are oversubscribed. We are well resourced and offer excellent professional development opportunities for all staff, including funded degrees for teaching assistants, teacher training for graduate teaching assistants and access to NPQs and many leadership opportunities for teachers.

We are an integral part of The Cedar Federation and work in partnership with Ifield School, providing the best opportunities for our children.

Pupils achieve at or above the National Average at all key assessment points and the progress the Year 6 children made during 2018/19 was in the top 3% in the country.
