Part-Time Key Stage 2 Teacher (2–3 Days per Week) – One-Form Entry Rural Primary School

Luddenham School are seeking an enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed teacher to join our small, friendly rural primary school on a part-time basis (2–3 days per week).

Our one-form entry school sits at the heart of a close-knit rural community. We offer a warm, nurturing environment where every child is known as an individual and encouraged to thrive. Our pupils are enthusiastic, well-behaved, and eager to learn.

The Role:

  • Teaching a Key Stage Two Class (year group to be confirmed)
  • Planning, delivering, and assessing high-quality lessons
  • Working closely with a small, supportive staff team
  • Contributing to the wider life of the school

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is a qualified teacher with strong classroom practice
  • Has high expectations of all pupils
  • Is flexible, organised, and able to work collaboratively
  • Builds positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
  • Is committed to creating an inclusive and inspiring learning environment
  • Has enthusiasm for outdoor learning and rural education (desirable)
