  • Works effectively and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Is ambitious, reflective and keen to contribute to whole-school improvement
  • Builds strong relationships with children, families and staff to support the best possible outcomes

We are also keen to hear from candidates who bring specific experience in speech and language support, SEND, early communication, or school‑readiness development.

What We Offer

  • An experienced and collaborative EYFS team
  • A comprehensive training and induction programme
